In the North Sea Fleet where the Chinese are deploying all of their nuclear submarines, SSN's and SSBN's. They will have newer attack submarines, similar to the Russian's, and the Los Angeles class. Also they are deploying two newer destroyers to add to there modern fleet of destroyers. They also have a squadron of sea planes, and they are the only fleet that deploys sea planes. Also they deploy a couple of J-8's. In their aviation wing they have some J-7 fighters, and H-6 bombers. There is a high likelihood that these planes will be replaced with the new J-10B. They will probably keep the H-6 Bombers, until the get the H-6K bomber, that can fire 6 land attack missiles. The primary target of the fleet is Japan, South Korea, and the US forces in the area. Their primary mission would not be Taiwan but would be certainly involved in any action against Taiwan.
LUZHOU- class
Is the new class of destroyers that have several new and unique characteristics. It has the new SAM system, called SA 20, which is the Naval version of the S 300 SAM system. It has the newest anti-ship missiles that the Chinese have made. This is a new ship that is an all China ship, everything, the engine all electronics are made in China, only the SAM system was imported from Ivan. Oh wait they did buy a helo for this ship, a K-28 ASW. It is one of the 20 K-28s that the Chinese bought from the Russians. This is a perfect ship to be put into a carrier battle group.
Varyag-Class
The Varyag was an old USSR aircraft carrier that was sold to China for scrap. China bought 2 other aircraft carriers and turned them into museums as a disinformation campaign. The russian bought carrier is now in the Dalian Shipyard being refurbished and outfitted, vary similar to what Brazil is doing to the old French carrier. The Varyag will have 3 types of air craft. The J-10C, SU 33 from Russia, and Z-8 helicopters. The carrier will be the Chinese's first aircraft carrier, and will most likely be deployed with the North Sea Fleet. The carrier group could be made up with the Luzhou Class destroyers, Luhu class destroyers, Jiangwei-II cass FFG's, and the Shang class submarine.
Luhu class
Jiangwei-II class
SHANG-class
This is the type 093 SSN. Somebody finally gave it a name. The nuclear submarine project started in 1994 now has submarines deployed in the North Sea Fleet. It will probably be outfitted with towed array sonar, vertical launch tubes to launch land attack missiles, Wake homing torpedos, wire guided torpedos, and mine laying capability. Also it might be deployede with a disc shaped UAV to do reconnaissance of the United States and other countries.
Conclusion
The North Sea Fleet will probably be a challenging problem to the US in the North Pacific for years to come.

DISC AND SUB could make a deadly combination in an offensive operation. Submarine could approach enemy's mainland and let disc take off. In space of half hour, disc could fly 300 miles, hit target, return to submarine [SECRET]
